PB Labs was set up in Bristol in 2026 by James Proctor and Tom Billinghurst. Most of our careers went into bespoke billing, scheduling and payroll for the private care sector, built around how each business actually ran.
That's still how we work. And because there are two of us, you'll always be talking to the people who built the thing.
