Welcome to Pathfinder. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PB Labs Ltd ("PB Labs", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17054267, with registered office at 77 - 81 Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol. BS8 2DP. They govern your use of the Pathfinder application, any related websites, and any services, features, or content we provide (together, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Pathfinder is a software application provided by PB Labs. It may include integrations with third-party services to deliver its features. The availability of any specific feature or integration may change without notice.
Where the Service offers paid plans, current plans and pricing are shown in the app.
Paid subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. PB Labs does not process refunds for app-store purchases directly. Where you have statutory rights to a refund under applicable consumer law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), those rights are not affected.
Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may change subscription prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days where required by law), and any change will take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price applies.
You retain all rights to the data and content you add to Pathfinder, including any information, photographs, and notes you provide ("Your Content").
You grant PB Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you and, where applicable, to share it at your direction.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those terms. PB Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service, and any data obtained from third parties is provided for information only.
The Service, including the Pathfinder name, logo, software, design, and all content we provide (other than Your Content and third-party content), is owned by PB Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service subject to these Terms.
We may label features as "beta," "preview," or similar. Beta features are provided "as is," may be unstable, and may be changed or removed at any time.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in your country).
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold PB Labs harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and PB Labs agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence will continue to apply.
